Default Need help please - problem with recording sound

Hello all.I hope someone can help me.I have this software that can record screen activity like video and sounds...its bsr screen recorder 4.
When i play my music file from my comp,i record both video and sounds,so i
can create video file and put it on youtube.Last thing i do is save the file.
Everthing is ok when i play it,but the only problem is that i have " shhhh sound"
coming out of my speakers when i listen to my new music video file.
I dont microphone and all recording comes directly from my computer.
I changed setting in screen recorder but still the same shh sound.Any advice how to get rid of this? thank you

Not an audio guy, but for sounds i use a very very old program for recording called goldwave. Never had the "shhhhh" problem with it.

what sort of sound card do you have? on-board sound (built in to motherboard)? that could be your problem, as not many on-board sound solutions are very good quality, especially when it comes to recording.

recording in "full-duplex" mode (which means record and playback at the same time) uses a lot of the card's audio bandwidth. so with a cheap sound card, there may be sound quality compromises when doing that, which is what you could be hearing.

better quality cards can record and playback at the same time without sacrificing quality
