Default Need help with Napster.. anyone?

Hey,
I downloaded the new Napster, and I got my hopes all up but when I ran it for the first time I get the error message: "We had trouble configuring your Windows Media Player. Please contact Customer Support." But I did and they haven't responded - it's been 2 days now. Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong??

Here's the rundown:

I already updated to WME Version 10, did nothing.

I don't have a firewall and the default one or whatever is turned off.

My internet security setting is at Medium and it won't even let me temporarily lower it, so IDK.

Any suggestions?

Thanks a lot,
russoxp

^ Wrong, you can get pre-paid orders and keep the music.

As for the problem...I have never seen it before. It is most likley your firewall or something of the sort.
