MP3 Player - Shrink Files
Hi is their a programme that will shrink mp3 format ive tried wav files but that made it bigger, i need freeware if possible, Thanks

You're talking about transcoding... which is NOT recommended. Transcoding leads to loss in quality.
Mp3 files are already small... And you should buy a new hard drive. They are really cheap.
