I wanted to know what type of media players you like and dislike.
Mine are:
Most hated:iHate iTunes
My favorite: Winamp is flippin' Awesome

I hate itunes because when i transfer songs to my iPod it automatically transfgers the songs and it is so darn painful because when I do one thing it saves it to the iPod already. there should be some kind of thing where you make your modifications then you click a button to apply the settings.

I love Winamp becasue It plays all of my songs perfectly. It has a visulation. I can make my own visulations Here is the ones I made. I can play many formats. and there is a wide selection of plugins. My favorites are: Shoutcast and the iPod plugin.

go to itunes prefernce and pick I will manually manage my songs

Yeah i remember Music Match. That one is a pain. I also hate realplayer too.

It is not only that why I hate I tunes. Another is that every song I play is added to the libaray.

Seriously...whats so bad about WMP, besides that its Microsoft? If you really hate Microsoft that bad, why you using an MS Operating system? Just my two cents because most people get ****ed off when I tell them I use Windows Media Player.

Yes I use Windows Media Player also, that is my favorite.

The worst is iTunes.

My favousite is iTunes. I find it be relatively low on resources, and does everything I need it to.
I don't like WMP. Not because I hate Microsoft, or anything like that, I just don't like the interface, it has crap visualisers, and I don't like its library feature - iTunes library is way better

I use to use WMP as my DVD player but I then got WinDVD instead.

Nothing is better for playing movies than nvidia pure video decoder through wmp. it use the hardware of your nvidia card to play the movie. hardware is always better than software in that aspect. zoom player use hardware too.

only a standalone dvd hardware decoder will show a better picture (HDTV compatible)
