Line-Input recording?

I would like to record LP, cassette etc. audio to my computer. Is there software already installed in Windows XP (SONY VAIO) which alows this? I'd like to be able to burn a CD of these audio types but have yet to see any software in the system. I checked out Real Player 1 and found in TOOLS (Record from Mic/Line In.) This turned out to be a 14 day free trial. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think that you can do this with Windows Media Player.

Thanks for the input. I did not see this feature in windows Media Player but did however find the software inwhich to accomplish this. Thanks again

Yeah it not in Media Player but a good choice is to use Musicmatch Jukebox. It has really good features for line-in recording.
