I don't know how I would've got home with those otherwise haha. | that's just how the audio game has changed. there really isn't no high audio store anymore. the ones that are left are really struggling now.

| Re: Just bought B&W CM1's!!!!!!!!!!! I want to listen to some SP8's now !
Ferarri, i got to listen to some CL1's at the local audio shop, outstanding ! i must say they were better than i thought they would be, and i allready had high expectations.
It's a shame all these small stores are closing down, the one i visited was struggling. It shouldn't be, it was a brilliant family run shop and they were all very knowledgeable and helped you in every way they could. They had lots and lots of awesome speakers and at pretty good prices. I have no idea why people would prefer to buy from bigger much more inferior shops such as Richersounds  |

| Re: Just bought B&W CM1's!!!!!!!!!!! They really surprised me too because of how much smaller they were than the 685 which I had already listened to and were considering.
Ya its sad that the good small shops can't afford to stay afloat in this economy. They always have the most knowledgeable people who actually have a passion for the stuff they sell. |

I was saying that there are companies out there now that are selling cheesy speaker for a lot of money but people believe that they are good speaker. they was this company called digital audio that were selling speaker out of their truck. they look high end. they claimed that the regular price was 3 to 4 grand and they were selling them from 500 to a 1,000 buck. but if you were smart all you had to do was hit the box and the hollow sound was the first clue that the speaker were bull ****.
