Has anyone noticed the video for tv show downloads is pretty small? I mean the two black bars above the video are bigger than usual. Is there any way or any program that can increase the size of the video and decrease the size of the black bars? Cheers in advanced.

depends on the bitrate, if low enough there wont be enough headroom so when you do enlarge it the detail and crispness will disappear, the picture will get pixelated

and yes it can be done
