Post Increasing DVD Quality

Is there anyway to further increase DVD quality when viewed on a pc ? I am looking to take some super high-quality captures - does anyone know any good software etc to help. many thanks

Change The Video Quality To The Highest In The Preferences...

you can never increase the quality of a video.

but you can get a mpeg decoder card. try ebay. I bought a netstream 2000 ($200.00-$300.00) for $15.00. it can decode the video properly (something softare can't really do) so you can get a better picture


Power dvd had a capture option. you can configure it to hit whatever button you want to capture a frame
