how can I get split screen on monitor

I want to watch tv on computer,is there anything I can buy that will give me split screen so I can watch tv and work on computer

you can watch the tv in a window, and then fit the window to half your screen and use the other half for your other program.

Or you could just by a second monitor and drag the window with the tv init over to it and use your other monitor for the other programs.

get a tv tuner card and xp mce. vista comes with media center too

What do you need that for? Just get a TV Tuner card and GBPVR or MythTV or some other excellent free alternative. You don't even need those, those are over featured, if you just want to watch TV and don't need to record it, then just use the TV software that comes with your Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150 (which is what you should get).
