How can I convert avi or mpeg file to flash. Myspace.com has sync issues

I authored this video for up and coming rapper remedy.
How do I fix this my space video to be in sync?

if you notice the audio video sync is off. Remedy's dad blamed me for this. I have to show him that my video was in sync. My space messed it up while converting this from avi to flash.

I want to convert on my own so I can upload it without them converting it. How would I go about doing this?

SUPER can convert to swf/flv (flash). I've never tried converting anything to flash before, but it's still worth a try http://www.erightsoft.com/SUPER.html

I haven't tried it yet. his dad had kinda made me mad with his comments.

he thought that it was my fault and he said some things. I showed his wife how my video was in sync, but I still haven't talked to him yet

also you can try VisiFly.com-it's a video to flash converter, very simple cause everything is done step by step.
