Which Headset?

I just tripped over the wire and broke my logitech $20 headset yesterday. Sound still comes out but the mic is broken. I was wanting a better one anyway.

I would prefer a nice one, like in the $70=$100 price range. Any suggestions? I've heard the razer hp-1's are pretty nice.
