| Hi there, my pc has mobo audio at the moment wich supports 5.1. However i have bought some headphones that apparently have a built in 5.1 chip or something like that, they connect via a USB. If i was to purchase a new sound card for my computer to go into a pci slot, could i still use my headphones but use my new sound card to provide the audio? Or would their built in sound chip become the primary sound hardware when i plug them in? Thanks very much if you can help me here anybody.
