Hey all:

I'm a newbie when it comes to graphic animation, having very little experience with LiveType at school, and none with any others out there. I am, however, quite experienced with Final Cut Pro, and fluent in photoshop. My question is, due to my lack of a mac at home, what programs out there can help me with animating text and rendering some basic 3D imaging from 2D graphics on my pc?

I've tinkered with Adobe After Effects before, not really understanding how it worked, and am not aware of any others out there, that are somewhat of a moderate level of difficulty...
