Default Gateway Capacitive touch keys audio issue

I just purchased a new Gateway NV58 laptop and everything was fine until a few days ago. The Capacitive touch keys for the volume controls won't work. The displays that appeared on the monitor doesn't show as well. So right now there is no audio through the computer internal speakers or out of the speaker output jack.

Is this a driver issue, and if it is can you lead me in the right direction in finding one?

I found the driver to make the Capacitive touch keys (volume controls) work, but still no audio. The displays that appears on the monitor now, but still no audio through the computer internal speakers or out of the speaker output jack. Can anyone help?
