| It may depend on if you've upgraded your sound. Many PCs now come with alot of hardware connected to the mainboard. I bought a PC with the soundcard built in. I bought a better card and installed it. Once I did that, the headphone jack on the front was unusable, since it was configured for the built in sound card. The only way I know to get around that is to plug your headphones into the soundcard outlet in the back of the computer. |
