fraps no audio

im recording some games using fraps and it records the video fine but no audio

one time i put fraps on "USE WINDOWS INPUT" which was microphone and sound recorded from the microphone i have but of course its not clear

any help is appreciated, im using the onboard audio

heres a screenshot
