yea something that i cant change treible, bass enhance the sound not perminatly in the file but for playback like the standard windows mixer but with more features

Even if you do find one, you never want to use them. They will only cause distortion and actually make things worse. On the other hand, the WMP eq is what you would want to use. This is just a software plugin manipulating the signal. You dont want to change hardware settings because it is already set to sound as good as possible. It can affect the performance of your soundcard or the CPU in your case.
