echo problem

ok i just got this new computer i built and i have onboard sound and all the only thing is when i play music and stuff i have a echo going on its not that bad but i still catch it when it does happen and it bugs the crap out of me, ive messed with all the options in the sounds and nothing will get rid of it...anyone help?

haha..nvm fixed it was a problem with winamp..thanks anyway
