So i got this card for my birthday 2 years ago. I had the urge to play resident evil on game cube so i put the tuner back in my pc and used the drivers on the cd and installed power cinema 4. When i try and open the tv function i get an error "tv tuner function cannot be opened"
OS is vista 32bit
I also just downloaded a trial of powercinema 5.0 and i still get the same lame error.
