Default Component to HDMI?

Does such an adapter exist? I ask because my receiver has HDMI switching and I didn't run any component cables (not enough space :sigh.

Alright, thanks. Maybe I could manage to fit a mini dvi. My receiver doesn't do HDMI audio, so that's not a problem.
