I have several avi files that i would like to watch on my dvd player at home. Other dvds have vob and ifo files but i cant find a program that will do this for me. does anyone know of any good ones? freeware programs would be nice but I am willing to pay some money for a good program as long as it will do what I need. Thanks

Thank you, but i get an error message every time i try to convert an avi file to dvd format:

Avisynth open failure:
AVISource: couldn't locate a decompressor for fourcc xvid
(C:\...\Avisynth_Script_File.avs, line 2)

Any ideas?
