Default Broadcasting portions of screen.

I've been wanting to start something on Stickam (www.stickam.com) where I broadcast wrestling pay per views to people for a fee of about $3. I've seen people have profiles dedicated to broadcasting TV shows over Stickam and I've always wondered how they can broadcast a video file instead of a webcam or something like that. The difference with this is the video will be live that I'm broadcasting. I've seen people do it before. How can I do this without simply pointing my camera at the monitor?
