it will convert to a dvd video folder, however it has an option to convert it to a dvd iso file. a lot of dvd authoring programs can do this. ulead movie factory and tmpegenc dvd author are 2 of them

It is easy. You can convert your avi file to dvd, and then burn it. By the way, you can have a try on winavi video converter which can do these jobs very easily.

but if u use WINAVI then once u go to burn it and if u preview it there is an ugly sign int he middle of the screen saying if u want toremove this sing by the the 30 dollar version of WINAVI! it is very annoying as it took 2 hrs to convert to iso and then as i was about to put on dvd i realised there was a rubbishy sign in the middle!!! There may be a way to do that with out the sign but if any one knows then i will be more than happy to correct my self?
thanks
regards

yes, as winavi is a shareware, there will be a watermark in the middle of the output file's screen if you are not registered user!
