I'm using XP x64 (have done for a long time now), and the Xonar D2X and its software works perfectly with it. (including the drivers on the CD, or from Asus's site)

some companies make the software for vista 64bit. since asus is a computer company so you know that they will make drivers. I'm talking about the soundcards made by sound companies
