| Newb Techie | Apparently i've been having trouble with the sound on my FOURCC xvid videos. Apparently when i try to play the video, the sound is extremely low, and even boosting my head phone and computer volume to the highest, it is still very soft. (It is for all my players, like windows media, vlc, and windvd. Doesn't work for divx for some reason.) I'm using a soundMAX digital audio card (im assuming really ****** and generic). I also have some stuff like a ac3filter and ffdshow, but i dunno what they do. Any help is greatly appreciated, thnks! |

| Newb Techie | uhhh, im quite computer dumb, where exactly do i normalize it? btw, i think it is a dvd rip, or atleast my friend says so. (got the file from him) *edit* i checkboxed normalize in the ac3 filter mains settings, but the change isn't a lot. I still have to crank up all my volumes to full. |
