I need some advice on what to get to install in my P1 Dell Optiplex Gx. I'd like to be able to play some of my 'old school' games, but I'd also like to be able to watch DVD's on it as well. What I'd like is advice on what hardware I should buy. i.e. soundcards, graphics, video, optical drives, whatever! Lemme know if you need more info on the computer to determine what's best.

Throw as much memory at it as you can and get a decent video card. Even the MX line of Geforece 4's would be able to work for you. That should be about it.
