Dual Booting and NC Soft

I like to keep my game installs on another partition where possible. Hopefully i will be installing a new computer this week end. I am planning on having a Windows Xp Pro / Windows 7 Dual Boot.

All my games, (Aion/Guild Wars) normally sits on my games partition.

So in a nutshell, i have the following set up
Partition 1 - Windows Xp Pro
Partition 2 - Windows 7
Partition 3 - Games with NC Soft

What i would like to do is have both NC Soft via Xp and NC Soft Via Windows 7 point to the same directory in my games partition. Is this possible?
