Default Too hot?

I think im having a heat problem but I don’t know what they should be. My mobo is 31C my cpu is 41C my gpu is 38C and my sound card is 23C. I have one intake in front one exhaust fan in the rear fans one fan in a pci slot next to my video card and my stock cpu fan. Do I need more air flow or is this ok? What should I be at for a normal comp?
