1. 40-55C idle and 60-80C load

2. 35-50c idle and load you do not want it over 80C

3. Dont know what system is, can you be more specific?

4. most hdd's sit around 25c-40c depending on what hdd you have.

Entirely depends on what sort of cooling you're using - air or water, and if air then how good is the airflow through your case? And when you say average, do you mean the average for load or idle?

Here's my best guess, using the no information given. These are in celcius, of course.
1) No more than 70 on load, no more than 40 idle.
2) Assuming stock air cooling, no more than 45 idle and no more than 80 load.
3) ....system?
4) About 30-35, hard drives don't really get that hot unless there's hours of constant full use.

I have air cooling, the cheap worthless fans that came with the case. My PSU chugs out hot air, while the case fans blow out nothing.

Is it better to have more exhaust fans than intake fans?

By System temps I mean overall ambient temp of the case. In BIOS it tells you what the system temp is.

My temps are as the follows:
__________________________________________
CPUID 1.14.0/BIOS TEMP CHECK
Room Temp 28C

CPU Idle: 43
CPU Prime95: 66
SYS Idle: 41
SYS Prime95: 64
GTX275 Idle: 50
GTX275 Call of duty World at War for 10 minutes on all max settings: 80
__________________________________________________ _____________

I think I wil buy one of these to replace the crap exhaust fan I have now:
Newegg.com - Scythe SY1225SL12SH 120mm "Slipstream" Case Fan - Case Fans

And one of these to exhaust the bottom area of the case near the GTX275. I have a mid ATX case so there is no fan for the bottom area..:

A perfect air cooling setup will have the exact same amount of intake as exhuast.

Do you mean you're after a fan? Or something else I'm not familiar with?

Riva Tuner doesnt recognize the display drivers, so I can't get to the fan options.
I have Windows7 64-bit, and GTX275, 185.81_Geforce_win7_64bit_beta.exe.

Is there any other program to change the GTX275's fan speed?

Not that I know of, at least none that are likely to fully work in Windows 7 yet.
