what to do? apache error

What do i have to do if i get this message if i start my apache server?

Syntax error line 134 of C:/web/apache2/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load C:/Web/php/php5apache2.dll into server:One of the library files needed to run this application cannot be found.

My php script cannot be parsed and when i try to access it in a browser it is accessed as a download file.

Ok. i got it working. Can i make it like while typing the script on the code area i can see all the output on the work area of dreamweaver? like WYSWYG. anyone?
