Web Layuout

I want a basic layout made for me, Orange/Black. In a sci-Fi sort of style and I want it to have a menu on the side and on the top.

With the following links, Forums, Auctions, Home, Guides, Downloads, and thats about it.

Im not expecting to pay much at all for it. I dont w3ant anything to complex if u can find me one or make me one thats cool, PM me to discuss.

Yeah, Check out www.good-tutorials.com they have a lot of useful information that could potentialy save you a ton of money. But if you are interested in spending $10-40 I could hook you up with a nice site.
