Default VB frame and radio button

Hi
I am having a problem with frames and radio buttons

when i place a radio button on a form and then place a frame on the form, the radio button is hidden behind the frame, is there any way i can change the property of the radio button so that it comes in front of the frame>

Default

i just found out that if i were to cut the radio button/(s) (ctrl+x) and then paste (ctrl+v) on top of the frame, i would be ok. the radio buttons then become part of the frame container.

i was wondering if the frame container properties have been changed to include the radio buttons or both frame and radio properties have been changed
