Default Using VB Form to edit data in MYSQL

I need help setting up a Visual Basic Form to interact with a MySQL database. I've looked it up on google, but most of the stuff means little to a VB noob like me

I'm building an eCommerce website at the moment, and i need to find an easy and fast way for my user to add, find, update and delete records, and thought that an actual program would be better than a) him just using SQL as it would take ages for him to add products and b) a web form, as that take forever to develop.

Any help or ideas are welcome,

Thanks
