There are far better books than that one. There are plenty of websites/tutorials/etc. that will provide you with the same information.

Lol, what an odd question...anyway...C++ for Dummies (5th edition) is by far one of the best c++ books out there. Note though that it does not instruct windows programming, but the core c++ language.
