Hmm, I have not touched ASP but once, and that was minimal... but whatever the problem, what type of database is it? You can usually go to Google for help such as:

asp <dbname> tutorial
asp <dbname> examples
asp <dbname> commands

There's usually an abundance out there with such popular languages.
