turbo c++ 4.5 error

hi
i had problem with BWCC.DLL
later i downloaded it from net
but am facing another problem
as i run the application i am getting these errors

1. cannot create C:\tcwin45\bin\tcwdef.OBR
2. cannot write to C:\tcwin45\bin\tcwdef.OBR

and while closing down the application

1. cannot create c:\tcwin45\bin\tcwdef.DSW
2. cannot create C:\tcwin45\bin\tcwdef.OBR
3. cannot write to C:\tcwin45\bin\tcwdef.OBR

please can anybody rectify the problem with this

Check to make sure that you have write access to c:\tcwin45\bin

how to check out that

checking out the properties of the TCWIN45 directory by right click on the file and checking for the write option in security. the option is activated even in the bin directory

now what
please help me out of this

hi pallavi whatever files the message says it cant create just delete them after exiting turboc editor.the next time you will compile your program the editor will automatically create them and you wont have any further problems.but still i would recommend you to copy those files on some other directory so even if there is any problem you can replace them.hope it works.bye
