how do i make a 7mb *.rm file stream when a person clicks the link instead of downloading the whole file and then listening to it?

What program did you use to create the .rm file?

It should stream if your link to the .ram file - a program like Real Producer should create the .ram file for you.

streaming is a feature of your hosting server....
example: your hosting provider maybe have a setting or feature that allows you to stream .rm files.

if so, ask them and they will give you a url/path/etc that must be used, in order to stream video.
