I was thinking it's somewhere in the registry and I can just take it out there but I tried that and found nothing. I also removed all traces of it on my hard drive. Where and what does it put on your computer that tells your computer its expired?

Did u try any reg cleaner, or the one called CCleaner.. its good.. and the best is hijackthis.. it removes enteries..

I should've mentioned this in my orginial post because I knew you tools would be saying "omgzorz buy BUY BUY ITTTTT!!11!!oneONE!!!1 rofflecopterz!!!" By the way, i've used it ONCE for 1 hour and deleted it, but for some reason it continued to say I was using it, so I think im entitled to use it atleast one more god **** time /rant

I suggest using MSCONFIG or Spybot to disable these entries rather than HJT.

Back on topic though, use system restore and go back to a time before you un-installed the software. Often when a trial runs out you can turn back the system clock to use the software again.
