Hi,

I am learning php at the moment.
But I always must upload it to preview it.
I want to preview it on my computer so I have
to install a server on my computer right??
But I don't know how and where?
Can some one help me please?

You will need install PHP(http://www.php.net), and Apache(http://www.apache.org, on that site you want the HTTP server).

Once you have both installed you need to configured Apache for PHP, which I suggest you search on google, as I don't remember the exact stuff you need to do.

Just look in the readme for php, it has exact instructions on how to configure it for apache.
