I have a degree in networking and would like a taste in programming. would i be better off getting a 2 year in programming or a 4 year in cs.

depends on the job you want. A 4 year cs will give you more pay in the end (since you'll be elegible for managerial positions) but a 2 year will get you in the job faster....so it's up to you.

I have a job as a computer operator and I am looking to go back to school. my company has a tuition assistance program. it seems most job require a 4 year but I am afraid I won't finish.
