saving info on a .xls or a .txt ???

Hi...

I have created a software on Visual basic 6.0 that has like 10 small windows. Each window asks a question and the answers are either radio buttons or check boxes, and on some of them there are text boxes ..

- Hi have a save button in the very last window.
- How can I make all this information to be saved on a excel, txt or doc file..????

any tutorial or guidance ?
