Reverse lookup within programs using batch's etc...

ASP processes reverse lookup's using command lines so shouldn't batch files be able to do the same, even process within programs.

ASP's command looks like: %=request.servervariables(33)%

I'm not exactly sure how a windows command line would look but:

It could trace packets being sent through programs by adding some parameters to allow it to run in conjuction with a designated program...

Would tweaking of the registry be required for the program to accept the batch process?

I'm not much of a programming wiz and I may have all this whacked but any help would be much appreciated! ^-^
