Requesting Help for InvisionPowerBoards

Hi,
I've been trying to figure out why I cant get my cookies to work with my InvisionPowerBoard, in other words everytime I visit my site I have to login. I've tried there support forums, but you have to be a paid subscriber to recieve them benifents. If anyone knows how to get the cookies to work please reply.

InvisionPowerBoard 1.3 is the version I am using.
