Default prevent text resize in frames

How can text resizing be prevented in frames. It throws my header & leftFrame out of proportion. I'm using a css on all frame html. It's probably something simple.

That's not how to prevent it. I don't think it's possible.
Just have a thing that says you want them to use a certain size. If you have a web design with certain browser requirements...it's not as good.
