I have this idea for a website...

I'm going to draw up a logic path and write up a project for it but I need to know if tech forums is going to be a solid resource for certain needs.

I dont want to talk about it much via text but i would offer wadges (probably 6 months worth) for the programming.

I need 4 persons combining AT LEAST:
1-2 year PHP (wadges)
1-2 year XML (wadges)
If I find someone that fits these two above it would be 1 person at 1.5 wadges

3 years mySQL v4.1 most likely... maybe 5.x (wadges)
5 years graphics (wadges)

It's going to be a VERY dynamic website... changing all of the time, but I think that the idea has merit, and I would like to talk to some SERIOUS people about this.

Phone and/or Ventrilo a must

EDIT: Oh, I definitely don't have 5 years experience with graphics though. I'm not great at all with graphics.
