Default PHP & MySQL

Anyone know where I can find some decent online tutorials on PHP & MySQL together? I want to build a database driven web-site and I don't want to use any of the CMS's already out there. Half the fun would be coding my own.

For the absolute beginner I would start with http://webmonkey.wired.com/webmonkey/programming/php/ , if you have a basic understanding of HTML it would be a breeze. If not they have tutorials for that. For more advanced PHP and MySQL programming I would suggest some of the O'reilly PHP books. Also be sure to check the documentation on each of the developer's sites they can be a big help.
