Hello I need to make a Poll/Survey like form ( like the one you find on myspace e.g how much of an american are you ? ) and to customize it, and put the results into a percentage number. Can someone help me out? If you need more info please ask me here and I will answer.

you'll need a place to hold the data.

you could code a html form for the survey. have the data posted to the server via a asp or php script. have another asp or php script to view the results. hmmm you could use the same script to do both by using select case statements.

Is there anyway you could be able to do that for me as I only know HTML. I am mainly a graphic person but I only know HTML. I have a windows 2003 server that I can ut anything on so if you can it would be very helpful. It is for a Non-profit org. website. Again if you need more info please PM me.

Why don't you just spend the time learning how to do it yourself instead of asking how to do trivial tasks every couple weeks on this forum? After all, you're offering web development services professionally, but you don't know how to do web development. That seems to be a conflict of interest.
