I would like to use Amazon's Web Services - One Time Use

but I haven't the slightest idea how to program it. What programming languages am I lookig for in a programmer to program this for me? How much can I expect to pay for the programming?

I don't have an answer to your question, but I think it may be easier and more practical for you to integrate a PHP based shopping cart into your website. Most webhosts (especially those with cPanel) have free shopping cart scripts that you can install.

I wanted to avoid a shopping cart, merchant account, and credit card processor. The first requires the last two and the last two it's impossible to get rates without having to apply. So I figure I would have people buy my stuff through Amazon.com.
