Hi. I'm a first time poster here... so forgive me if this is in the wrong forum section to post in.

At my job, we're looking into broadening our tech support with a live support script or program that is completely web-based. We're needing something where we can transfer calls as well.

Does anyone know of an open source PHP or Java script that will do this? Or if anyone knows of anything similar that doesn't cost a first born... it would be much obliged.
