Hey. Im looking to make a file hosting site (easy enough). I wanted to know if there was an online virus scanner that i could schedule to scan an online directory. Anyone know anything that can do this? (Im not looking to download the files to my PC first and then scan.)

There is nothing like that. You will have to incorporate something onto your host. Contact the provider. They should already have a scanner setup.

Since such sites are usually not real cool with hosts, you're better off to get a VDS/dedicated server and run a scanner yourself.
